GENDER SENSITIVE FACILITIES

a) Safety and Security

Though the institution being co-education one, gender related issues are very minimal.Every measure is taken by institution to provide safety and security on the campus. Even then, in anticipation of any such gender related issues the college has constituted various committees such as, Anti-raging cell, Grievance and redressal cell and Women empowerment cell. As preventive measures the women empowerment cell of the college organizes sensitization programmes on gender sensitivity. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the campus. In this connection, the local police personnel are invited to sensitize on consequences of ragging  and sexual harassment.
